I am not able to pay for an item, i dont kno how i ended up at the end of the checkout without paying for it but its in my cart and its not paid for.
Really need help here.

The only thing you can do is ask the seller if they will agree to cancel the transaction. If they will they can send a formal request and you would agree. If they won't you are required to pay.

 

Next time be careful. There are steps you go through when bidding/buying. Read carefully before you commit.

Wait, if you did actually buy or win this item, that item will be in your purchase history page, click on my ebay, top of ebay page, then click purchase history, if that item is there then look to the right of that item if it says pay now, then indeed you won that item, then click on more actions, and click contact seller asnd ask seller to send cancel transaction form. Just because an item is in your cart doesn"t mean you won that item, read everything to be sure in your cart and checkout that purchase history page.
