I see that on some items, there is a specific note mentioning special financing on 99 dollars or more, while others do not have that note.

 

However when I look up BMP apply now page, they do not specify that the special financing is only available for items that note it. Actually it almost seems that all items over $99 fall into the category of qualifying for special financing until Feb 28, 2013.

 

Could someone clarify this for me?
