Hi,

I have a confirmed PayPal account and did a few successful purchases from eBay. However, a client from Italy is now trying to order an item from me, but he's getting the following error: "The seller cannot recive money at this moment. The seller has to open the PayPal account first to recive the money". My locations is Kyrgyzstan. My account is confirmed by eBay and verified by PayPal itself.

Please help!

Kyrgyzstan is a Paypal SEND ONLY country.

You can make payments / send money, but cannot receive payment / money.
