I haven't received my confirmation number to confirm my secondary e-mail address.  I have payments waiting for me to accept and I need to ship these items  please help

 

I noted to incorrect e-mail in my listing because I recently moved.

IF the payments were sent to the previous email address then confirming your new one will NOT result in payment transfer to your account.

 

You need to get your previous email linked back to PayPal, you should not have removed it when you added your new one. You can have 8 linked emails.

 

If you cannot add the old address back yourself because it is no longer a working email then you need to call PayPal and ask them to add it back.

 

I have recently been told they will and they won't, but you should try.

 

If you cannot claim the payment because PayPal will not add the old email back, you are going to have to Mutually Cancel the Transactions and Relist after you have your new email linked and confirmed and making sure you correct it in the Sell Your Item form.

If the situation is that there is a typo on the listings, and you are trying to add that typo to PayPal, it has to be a valid email for you to receive the confirmation email at. If it is an email you were able to create and register with your ISP check spam folder, check to make sure the settings are all correct. Send a test email to it from one of your other emails.
