Seller should be refunding from PayPal Transaction Details - refund link in order to be credited with his PayPal fees.

If over 60 days, seller will need your email address associated with PayPal.

The seller doesn't need your PayPal email address to issue a refund. They need to find the transaction in their PayPal account and use the "Refund" button to issue the refund.

Q is correct that the seller will need your PayPal email address if the transaction is over 60 days. I forgot about that.

IF it has been over 60 days the seller needs to login to PayPal and look at the Details of the original transaction. Your email is there.

You cannot send it through eBay Messages.
