I listed my items wrong, I should have done multiple listings and I did auction.  A customer bid and won.  They wanted two and they said they paid for two.  I have only received payment for one.  They keep asking for two.  I shipped one.

They keep saying they paid 138.  and I received 62.  What do I tell this person to do about their payment?  I shipped one one in a timely manner and keep telling they I only received payment for one.  I asked them to check with pay pal from their end.

Is this for the door handle?

Go into your PayPal account and check the amount they paid. eBay won't always show added amounts.  Also look to see if they sent an extra payment using youremail address.

If you find that they did send extra, explain the misunderstanding and send them the extra item.  If you still find that they only sent money for one, stand firm and tell them to check their own records.

Btw, that line in your listing about you not being responsible for shipped items needs to be removed.  You are responsible for the item being deliverEd in the condition you promised.

You can't just get paid for 2 if you didn't list and sell 2. You sold one. If the buyer paid for more than one, refund the overpayment.

This was 10 days ago--surely you should be able to see in your PayPal account by now how much you have been paid. If the buyer wants another, you also should be able to figure out that you need to list properly on eBay to sell additional items to him.

Login to PayPal and look at the buyer's payment. Look for a second payment.

eBay Checkout normally would not let them pay for two if they only won one. It doesn't work that way but they could have used Send Money after they got your email address from the first payment through eBay Checkout.

Never rely on eBay nor emails for accurate payment information. Login to PayPal!
