how do you retrieve a billmelater transaction number to open a dispute?

well im getting ready to open a dispute so i could get my item maybe it was suppposed to be delivered on the 4th i paid for it on the 28th of november but its now the 8th and its still not here and according to the tracking number it hasnt even gone anywhere i sent him a message yesterday asking him where it was then i sent him another telling him he has till the end of today to at least inform me of whats going on i know crap happens but i at least like to be informed of it anyways because apparently even though i have my own bill me later and paypal account signed in as a guest i dont have a transaction number to open a case even though i have confirmation emails and its in my billmelater statement and not in my paypal so how do i go about opening the case?

Bill Me Later has nothing to do with your seller shipping an item....Look/See what ebays automated estimated dates of delivery are...

 

Wait a few days after the latest day but no longer than your availed 45 days of Buyer Protection, to file an INR case, if need be..

 

Also, never allow a seller to string you along, no matter what they say or promise.....Read about Buyer Protection which is on almost every page...

the auto estimated date is the 4th thats what it says when i look at the item no when i try to open a case for the dispute it wants the transaction number from paypal which i dont have because its on billmelater and not on paypal

During the holidays eBay's estimated dates are usually wrong.

 

It is too soon to file a case, you are being impatient. Threatening the seller isn't going to help anything either.

 

Tracking numbers often show nothing until delivery. That is why it is called Delivery Confirmation. This does not mean the seller did not ship on time.
