Hi.  It could be caused by several differet things.

 

Does it show payment pending (hourglass)?  If so they likely paid with an echeck & that takes around 4 business days to clear to your account. Sometimes much longer depending on their funding source.

 

Does it show nothing?  How did the buyer pay?  Did they click on the pay now & go thru ebay checkout or did they log on to pay pal & use the send money tab?

 

If they went thru checkout it should show on your pay pal account unless you are subject to a pay pal money hold on that item.  If they used the send money tab they could have done a typo & it went to either someone elses account or to a non existant account & pay pal is waiting for that unknown seller to create an account to claim the  money.

Hi.  I just looked at your selling feedbacks & you only have 7 selling feedbacks in past 12 months.   That means you are an unrated seller & grouped with all the new sellers & have the same selling restrictions as them.  Ebay now only uses the past 12 months to rate sellers.

 

You will have a pay pal hold on your payments.  To get the funds released you will have to either have tracking or delivery confirmation showing delivery OR wait 21 days.

 

Does your pay pal notification or in pay pal transaction on pay pal show it is OK to ship?    If so you must ship with tracking or delivery conf & then about 3 days following delivery scan pay pal will release your money to your account.

Proof of payment DOES appear on the seller's PayPal IMMEDIATELY even when the payment is an eCheck or is held due to the seller being new.

 

eChecks have red flags on them and show Pending status and Don't Ship Yet. You cannot miss them on PayPal the minute you login to your account.

 

Held payments are shown with Completed status plus Funds Not Yet Available but OK to SHIP.

 

IF you see Nothing about these payments on your PayPal account, do not look in your balance, look at your list of transactions, then you have a problem with your account set up or email for payment on the listings preventing transfer.

 

Come back here right away if this is the case, you will have to take action to correct the problem.

Did you change your email recently? Did you upload from a mobile app?

 

If you changed your email, payments were likely sent to the old email. Call PayPal and ask them to add it back to your account. Never remove an email used for payments from PayPal. Add the new one and make it Primary . The Sell Your Item form defaults to old emails regularly.

 

If you made a typo using a phone or tablet app then the best solution is to create it with your ISP and add it to PayPal. You can have 8 linked emails.
