All of a sudden my instant payments from buyers are going to my junk mail and not my inbox. What do I need to change to get these payments?

This is a function of your email server not eBay.

You will have to figure out how to mark these as "Not Junk".

In the meantime, check your Junk Mail frequently.

The payments will show in your PayPal account - that is where you need to check to be really sure.

Go into your spam list and open one, then somewhere across the top is a clickable {not spam}. You apparently clicked {spam} recently when you meant to click {delete}.

Do I really need to tell you to click on the {not spam}?

Is this answer useful?

Honestly, you should not be relying on email for payments.

You should be logging on to your PayPal account, several times daily if you have listings that ended with buyers.

Emails can be faked, they can also be hours even days late, they can also indicate payment when there really is no payment in your account.

Never ship without seeing Completed payment that is OK to Ship on PayPal.

Never rely on eBay nor emails for accurate payment information. Login to PayPal!
