Google your camera's manufacturer and get the manual.


Know these 4 things:
1) Buyer Protection - 45 days to file a claim
2) Auctions are binding contracts
3) Click on Customer Support to find all answers
4) Problems are resolved in the Resolution Center

Most computers come with downloading software, be it Windows borne.

 

Put the memory card in the computer slot and see what pop up choices you might get.

There are 2 ways I can think of offhand.

One there is a way to do it with cables from your camera that would plug into your PC-however I've never tried that.

The other is using a SD card and your PC probably has a slot that you can insert the card into and upload your pictures. That's the method I use.

However as said best to check the manuals for both your PC and your Camera to see what they recommend-good luck.
