eBay has stock photos and prefilled item description information for only a few categories, like books, cds, and a few categories of new items like popular electronics, where you would enter the UPC or ISBN code to pull in the data.
A watch is not one of those types of items, particularly a used watch. As the others have noted, you will need to take pictures of the actual item you are selling. If you don't know how to describe the item, browse the internet for the same watch, where you can probably locate important details about the movement, material, and such. But do write your own description, don't lift content verbatim from the web.
