Buyer don't ship the item back to me since ebay asked buyer to return the item for a refund. She provided a tracking number but it has no information she ship the item. It has been two weeks buyer kept the item. It is expensive item and I'm concern about if she use the item as long as she can. Are there any timeline to buyer ship the item back for a refund? It is so unfair to seller like me in this situation--ebay is holding the payment and buyer keep the item. There is no other way to close this case unless I refund money without receving the item back.

I sent many messages regarding this matter but buyer never reply back. 

How long do I have to wait? If she neither return the item nor answering the message, when can I get the payment back from ebay?

The case will stay open for 30 days after which, it will be closed.

Do not contact the buyer. It is on them to actually ship. If you get no info in tracking they will lose the case and you will have the money, they will have the item, It's that simple.
