Hello, Please help! I think I have been unfairly restricted. My problems are all resolved and are old. My latest selling has positive feedbacks. The few with shipping remarks were because I live in a shoreline area that was hit by Hurricane Sandy.

I don't feel its fair to disappoint customers that made bids on my items that had not ended yet.

Please, please consider re-instating my selling ability.

come on....3 of your 4 negs are from dec 2011 and jan 2012.

sandy was not even a twinkle in mother earths eye back then.

Did you get several policy violations? The feedback you left the non paying buyers may have been reported. More and more buyers are aware that it's against policy to do so and reporting this to eBay. That's 3-4 violations right there. :O Most sellers have their blocks set for buyers with 4 or more policy violations against their account. Since that's the minimum the block can be set at, then eBay must consider 4 violations be serious enough to warrant sellers blocking and probably account suspension. You might call CS and speak with someone there. Good luck :O

If your problem was REALLY on account of Sandy, then contact Email.  they announced special help for sellers affected by the storm.  They might be able to help you.   (and they will know if you are stretching the truth, too).
