A buyer refused a shipment opens a fraudulent claim: Ebay's policy: A buyer refuses shipment they do not get buyer protection from ebay and a strict policy about opening fraudulent claims. All  Hog wash, ebay backs it up and in the mean time sends email to seller to refund or your sellers account will be affected(blackmail). In the mean time Takes money out of the paypal account from other sales and holds the money hostage(forceful extortion). And while the case is still on going.

I have print ups of everything that's going on in this case and showed it to a legal council. By seeking a legal council, ebay is doing all the above illegally. I removed all my sale listings, BEWARE sellers you rights ARE being violated by the buyer and by ebay.

Oh, good heavens!

 


Go ahead, pay your lawyer $300 an hour to tell you that if you use Ebay you have to abide by Ebay's policies.

Did the buyer file a case in the Resolution Center on this?

 

What is the status of the case in the Resolution Center, and what does it say about the case there?
