I'm indefinitely selling restricted for multiple accounts (I think) my question is:when someone is indefinitely restricted does that mean permanantly or at some point is it lifted? Everone I talk to at Ebay says the don't have the specifics so is it an algorithmic random draw or is there a procedure for being considered for reinstatement?
