I have sold a hand made movie prop. It's made from old parts as the orignal prop was. I have never had a complaint until today. Buyer said"I'm a bit disappointed" and "What do you
recommend?"

 

I said I was sorry he was not happy, explained that's how the orignal in made and looks.

 

I told him he could return it for a full refund. I have not herd anything back. What do I do if he wants a discount on it?

 

I don't want my selling ruined over this.

You don't give a discount. Either the buyer keeps the item or returns it for a full refund.

 

If they tell you they won't leave you positive feedback unless you give them a discount, report the message to ebay for feedback extortion.

Sounds to me like he's fishing for a partial refund and I wouldn't give in to that-in my opinion if it's good enough to keep it's good enough to pay for.

 

You have a return policy and I would stick to that. I would also add this user to my BBL if I were you.

I'm a little confused by the item's listing. Is that ray gun an actual movie prop or a reproduction.
