Where is the live chat option on home page?

I just called ebay, not taking calls at this time, but message said to go home page and have a live chat. I went to home page and found nothing anywhere labeled live chat. 

 

So I am trying to find how to search sold products to determine a fair beginning price for my item.

Live chat was deleted 2 or so years ago.

 

Upper right on this page - click 'customer support'

Type 'search completed' in the search box, press enter, you'll get a help file on how to search on completed listings.

 

Did you click 'completed listings' at the top of the search results page?


Upper right corner on this page, click 'customer support'. Type your question into the input box, and click the 'search' button. This will answer 99% of all questions posted on this board.

Go to the search box...type in the item...click on 'advanced'

 

When that page shows up...scroll down until you see the completed box..check it...

 

Then hit the enter button

 

Green means it sold...black or read means it did not sell
