The auction only ended last night. You should give the seller at least 3 or 4 days, although most will respond within 24 hours. That doesn't look like a business seller, so he may take a little more time to respond.

 

Make sure that you inspect the car carefully when you pick it up. You do have eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection on it (click the link on the listing for all the details) but because the car is more than 10 years old, you are mostly covered for title issues. There is no coverage for undisclosed damage, because all cars that old will need continued maintenance and repair. The seller did disclose that it needs work, and suggested that it was good for parts.

 

If, when you go to pick it up, you decide that you don't want it, you can walk away. Vehicle sales on eBay are not binding on either buyer or seller.

Talk to him by phone? So did you call him yourself? Go to Advanced Search and request Contact Info. Then you can call him. Maybe not in the middle of the night.
