If you have his ID, go to Advanced by the Search box.

If you have his proper name, you can't find him. If you have bought something from him in the past, look in your purchases. If you made a purchase farther back than Ebay purchases are listed, look in Pay Pal history. The details of a sale give the seller's ID.
