Anybody else having problems with listing items?

Hello! I am having great problems listing items this afternoon and evening. I get to the end and I will get the notice that I cannot list without filling in the blanks (cost, shipping, etc.) when I clearly have already done that. So I go back to fill in those blanks (which are now empty) and suddenly my description is gone or my photos are gone or the title of my item is gone. Also - my 'save my item' is not working either. Everything is erased when I go back - even the title.

 

One last thing - I am sure that somewhere there is conversation about this but last evening many high-end items were being listed for free. Yes, free. But if you clicked on the item, then the cost would come up in the description. I tried to reach eBay but couldn't. There were many pages of 'free' items in Gucci, etc. Specifically if it was a 'Buy it Now' item.

 

Thanks for any information someone can give me - I don't know if it is my computer (with the first paragraph of problems,) or technical issues on eBay.

The listing issues have been going for a week or so.  You get told there's an error and you go back and you listing is now gone.  It's also slow.........that little spinning wheel evertime I change seven days to ten takes forever.

 

I'd say run your security to make sure it's not you and try to hang on.  Maybe it will stop after the free listings end tonight.

Thanks for answering! I tried everything I could think of on my end and it is still doing it. Ugh.

Have been experiencing this problem also for the last several days....especially when I try to revise a listing.   Hope E-bay is working on a fix.  I have two computers with two different virus protections....both are doing the same thing, so I know its not my either of my computers.

I have been having the same exact problem. I get a red error message at the top of my page when I hit enter and if I click on the edit item button, all my info is gone and I have to do it all over again.

BUT....I have found a little cheat to get around this.....when I see the red error message, I hit my BACK button and then the REFRESH icon at the top of my browser page. That puts me back on my last page and I scroll to the bottom and hit ENTER again and voila, my item is listed with all the info I had entered....DO NOT use the EDIT ITEM button or you will lose all your work.

I am sorry I didn't figure this out until the last 2 hours of free listings.....GRRRRRR. I retyped so much info in the past 5 days I have lost my mind. Until eBay fixes this glitch, maybe it will come in handy for you.
