When you get on one of those blank pages, does it say something like "Waiting" in the bottom left corner of your screen?  If it does, you just need to wait longer... sometimes that longer wait can be extremely long.

try this:

clear your browser's cache and cookies, reboot and try againOr try another browser, recommended here:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/browser.html

Later versions of Internet Explorer, should be run in compatibility mode.
