I have several auctions (Example Item # 350410560253) that show that I have questions to answer at the top. However when I go to click on Answer Questions it shows I have none.

must be a glitch my father in law has the same problem all the time for more than 6 months.

In my sold section I have four of those, but there is nothing to answer.  Another glitch

I had this glitch too and was able to get rid of it by going to the drop down box next to the item that's showing a question.  Select 'mark as answered' (or something like that).  Do not hit the back button. Either refresh the page or log off and log back in.  I was able to get that to work a couple of times.

It has always been that way and shows no sign of changing. 

 

eBay Messages seems to count the number of 'questions' and responses and compare them, and if the responses are fewer than the questions, you are nagged to answer the question, even if there is no actual question.  For instance:

 

Q: tell me about the item.

R:  blah-blah

Q: Thank you.

 

This exchange counts an an unanswered question until Heck freezes over - or until the messages are purged.
