We tried hosting at a different URL it dose not fix the issue. We also tried uploading a different image it dose not ix the issue.

 

We have multiple products on our store with the same issue.

We have called eBay CS team multiple times for the past 45 days they acknowledge the issue but till date there is no resolution.

 

Please help. Our sales have decreased by 50% MOM. Trying to find a resolution to this to get this issue fixed or find workaround please advice.

that image is only 445 x 445 pixels.

 

The new requirement is that the smallest side be at least 500 pixels.
