hold down the <ctrl> key and tap the - key (minus key)

Try this:

1.  Hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard, AND

2.  Rotate your mouse wheel.

 

OR

 

1. View your computer's "desktop"

2. Right click on a blank area

3. Change the resolution to something more comfortable
