I purchased an ebay e-gift certificate before Christmas and just checked in with the person I sent it to and they have not received it. I went to paypal and the transaction has cleared. I tried to use their resolution center and they will not do anything with ebay certificate sales, yet they took my money. Has anyone had this happen and did they get it resolved?
