Repost at $200. You can do Buy it Now for $200 but let her know when you are putting it up so she knows to look for it and win it. Nothing worse than agreeing for the seller then you put it up and she misses out because she didn't know it was there or wasn't around when you posted.

You could also do auction and end it as soon as she bids but BIN is easier and cleaner.

Good Luck

BIN costs more to list and ebay takes out more in final value fees.  You could list it auction style at the agreed on price as the starting bid - and then when your buyer bids, end the listing selling to the highest bidder.  and if someone else comes along and bids before your buyer does, you can just cancel the bid and continue to wait.  With a BIN, someone else could come along and buy it before you buyer does - I had that happen.   Just let your buyer know when you list and give them the item number.

bidded - (v. nonstandard) Simple past tense and past participle of bid - (Wiktionary)
