I do not know what to do. I have several months of communicating with the seller but they do not do.

Only thing you can do after seven months is forget about it, why in the world did you wait so long?

 

eBay would have taken care of this for your through eBay Buyers Protection if you had contacted them withing forty five days, that is six weeks from the time you paid through paypal, more than enough time to ship almost anything from almost anywhere to almost anywhere, personally I would have filed through the Buyers Protection program if it wasn't in my hands within two weeks.


Wish my fingers would pay closer attention to what I spell correctly.

They said that the parcel was lost on the road. Then they said that the re-sent, and so continued for seven months. I write to them they say in the what is the problem, As soon they will be able to return the money. And how can I complain to them?

You can do nothing, you waited too long.

 

In the future, the limit to file a claim is 45 days, the limit to leave feedabck is 60 days.  If you pay with a credit card you can call the card company and do a chargeback, but 7 months is too long for that as well.
