It's a SCAM.

For mailing within the US, Delivery Confirmation is now called USPS Tracking.

SCAM.

Even Western Union doesn't encourage people who don't know each other to use their services.  There is no buyer protection with it at all.

A scam for sure.

Anytime a 'seller' asks for Western Union and gives you a fake email address like that pretending to be eBay - you can be sure they are out to scam you.
