Lots of experience and knowing all the ropes would be a first requirement.

With only 5 feedbacks since '07 you have almost no experience at all.   Start by buying and selling on your own, gain as much experience and good feedback as you possibly can, give great customer service, get those selling limits lifted, and then think about being a trading assistant.
