I bought an item the recently. Item location says California and item arrival in 3 to 6 days. Email from seller today says item shipped from Hong Kong and item arrival will be in 2 to 4 weeks! I had planned to use this on or before the new year celebrations. What action can I take? Shouldn't this seller be reported for false advertising. I specifically bought this one because it said it was in the United States and because of the shipping time that was quoted. Now I know the us mail is not great and things can go wrong and I would have lived with that. But this is false advertising! I bought it thinking as I did and come to find out this is not the case. Have not been a regular on eBay for a long time so I am unfamiliar with the way things work now. Somebody please give me some good advice on what to do.
