I e-mailed the seller to his gmail account per his instruction on his eBay listing, he replied me asking for my name, address, zip, mobile phone number, ebay ID saying that it's for Buyer Protection program, is this safe to release these personal info to his gmail account and not via eBay e-mails to be able to BIN on his items??
