What do you do when seller lies to Customer support and they won"t do anything about it.

I purchased item on ebay buy now. I was shipped wrong item. After 4 weeks I filed complaint. Seller reply to complaint to ebay stating he would send out return tag and refund 110 %. He made real good show for ebay. Ebay ruled in my favor but later change the ruling in his favor stating the item was not covered under buy protection beaause I charged it on credit card. Although I did a buy now and have recepit that I purchase item with a ebay item #.  I received I return label from seller 36 days after purchase. I returned item to seller. Seller once he receives item back files for cancel of transaction. He states in writing to customer support that he has refunded my money the day he receive item. That is a lie he told that to ebay I still have not receive my refund. I decline to cancel transaction he then files a feedback revision. He lie to Ebay saying he would refund my money,he lied to ebay saying he did refund. Here is the good part  the  resoluntion center saids there nothing they can do. I think there is plenty they can do he violated a few of user agreement rules and several of selling rules. So what else is there to do with a lying cheating seller.

Did you check your credit card to see it the refund was refunded back to it?

When you pay by your Pay Pal balance, the refund goes back in Pay Pal. If you pay with CC, refund is refunded to CC just like they do in the discount stores. It sometimes takes a week or two, depending on the CC company.

 

If the refund was back to your CC, you did the seller a great disservice by denying the CT and Neg FB. The CT is the only way the seller can get back his FVF.

 

Check your CC account and see if the Refund is there.

I forgot to add if the refund in not on the CC, you can contact the CC company and see it they will do a chargeback so you can get your money back.
