In help topics there is not even a place were I could say other well I have been trying for over a week trying to pay my fees but it is almost imposable to talk to someone at ebay why don't they have a help center all you get is the same run around the same questions that if you had the typically problems ok but anything else other than the four questions you are out pf luck how do you pay ebay fees cause I am sure there going to turn me off but wont answer my replys

Hi, Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong. I listed video game console and tried to put it in catalog using model # . Ebay did not have exact match. I do not want to list console incorrectly. I searched for item but it does not show up. Thanks

A buyer was not satisifed with item, so I offered to print a return shipping label and mail the label to the buyer. The buyer would then return item.
Could someone please explain how I can complete this?
I contacted Paypal and they do not have this option. Only a buyer can create a return shipping label via Paypal.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I have no idea how to I handle this. I sold a phone on ebay, the buyer received it, and posted great feedback saying it was perfect. Three days later, he wants his money back saying it is not as discribed. It is a brand new phone, new never used in perfect condition when I sent it. How do I know he didn't damage it after he got it? What do I do now? Thanks in advance.

I sold an item, buyer didn't pay. I opened an unpaid item case and relisted when case closed. New buyer paid immediately so I shipped and buyer received. I am unable to leave feedback for the buyer that actually paid for and received the item as I left feedback for original buyer. Yes, it lists as positve feedback but the comments were "Seller Beware, buyer doesn't pay" as I saw this was all the feedback this buyer had (apparently this buyer does this all the time) so I thought that was what...

I sold an item and on the 20th of January, ebay charged me for *SHIPPING* fees of .63.I know 63 cents is not much, but I didn't even ship USING ebay!
Now I am wondering if I have been charged other fees?
I actually gave the buyer a 63 cent discount and ebay CHARGED me for it.
How do I get that fee back?

I just refunded the buyer for the package lost by the post office. It was mailed priority w/delivery conf. and it's only been 3 weeks. She did not want to wait any longer so I decided to refund in order to avoid negative feedback. Now, how do I send her a Request to Cancel so that I may get credit for the final value fee. Thanks

hellou.. i buyed (16.12.2011.) 2 items from seller in china. im in croatia ( europe ). they didnt
arrive yet. i contacted the seller and he asked me can i wait till 8.02.2012. If i dont receive the package before the time limit he will refund full payment including shipping. is thet right thing to do? ebay is telling me to go to resolution center if there was a problem by 29.1. ( tommorow) and i can open a dispute on paypal, but with that i cant wait till 8.2.2012.

My buyer received item left on doorstep with a note stating additional postage is owed. If I calculated the item wrong I want to pay the difference but not sure who to pay it to. The buyer hasn't paid it and shouldn't have to.

i am so annoyed as my report stated that customers think my shipping is too high. my god, half the time i pay for extra postage out of my pocket and the customer doesn't even know it. i ordered what turned out to be a junkie piece of fashion jewelry weighing next to nothing, and i paid $3.95 for shipping! i can't believe it. i truly don't know what customers think........do they ever use the post office? i offer at times free shipping to my good customers as well as free shipping for a lot...
