returns - how can sellers list "returns accepted" then add in the hidden details "only if not as described, buyers remorse not acceptable"??

I see it time and time again and it is a trick because "not as described" is always returnable - why are they allowed to have this policy when they should really list as "returns not accepted"??? it gives buyers a false sense of confidence when buying and if a buyer does not view the details of the seller's return policy they may find it's difficult to return the item or find out, they should have read "the details" more closely because the seller had a return policy with a 25% re-stocking fee... more…

Charged For New 1000 Free Listings

Just listed my 1st set for the newly announced 1000 free listings and was charged. I have a store and sent them to online auction for 7 days "after" 12:00. I have a few 2nd categories so I know this is extra but I was charged .15 for each one and .25 for the 2nd categories. So those with 2 cats were .40 each and the others .15. Hi, I have made a purchase but Paypal doesnt allow me to pay for it. At the end of checkout it always says that the payment was rejected.

Its not question of money. I think it is problem of some sellers setting - my shipping adress is US, but the credit card is registred in europe. In my bank, they told me that the payment was rejected by the seller. I am on ebay over 4 years, same on Discogs, all the time with same settings and never had this problem before. Please help me.
