Neutral FB, Did file NPB.

I listed and sold an item. I did have to file a NPB and the buyer finally paid.  The listing states ships USPS and no POs.  I can lift the PO individually but I was never contacted by the buyer.  I really feel this was for filing the NPB.  I can respond to feedback but does anyone have another solution? What do I do if I have not received the purchase, and the seller does not want to return the money?

I received negative feedback from a buyer. We had agreed to mutually cancel the transaction. Why was he able to leave feedback?

The buyer failed to put down a deposit within the time frame I put into the terms of my auction. The buyer put it upon himself to set the terms of my auction which he won after hitting buy it now. Buyer decided to tell me he was going to pay the whole amount upon pickup, after the auction ended. Never buy something from there, they played with me. Told me to wait for my item, and then, they never answered me again.  The didn't refound me my money and i don't have the item.  Horrible actitude.i hate they!!!!

Paid for an item and have not received it.

I payed for an item on Sunday the 19th, the seller supposedly dispatched the item by Royal Mail First Class Signed For the following Wednesday.   He stated that payment had not gone through yet, I had payed for it immediately after committing to buy but apparently because of his low feedback it would not let him access the money yet. Can sellers limit the amount of time on offers?

As a seller, can I limit the amount of time on a counter-offer?  For example if Customer submits an offer, then Seller makes a counter-offer, is there a way to shorten the amount of time to hold to the counter-offer?  Are there settings for the length of time a counter-offer is open? more…

Item not paid for, contacted 3 times, entered in resolution still nothing happening. Can I cancel this order and relist?

How final bid price is arrived at?

An item's current bid price is 500 dollars with a min 25 dollars increment bid.  I bid 545 dollars which then boosted the current bid price to 525. How is it possible, then, for me to win the item for a cost of 545 if there was a min incremental bid price of 25 dollars? Since any bid when the price was 525 would have made the final bid 550 and I should have lost. more…
