When I just checked on an item I have listed, 171058037917, it shows no views, but there 12 views when I checked earlier today. What's going on?
Also, when I used to search for items on eBay, I had the option of seeing the "sold" pieces in a category, and now I have to go to Advanced Search and comb through all the completed listings. Why?

I know I must be missing something obvious but now that eBay has changed the policy to make things active until paid for (which I like) the downside is that I cannot see them anywhere until they are paid for thus I can't combine shipping for my customers ahead of time. Suggestions on what to do?

A buyer bid on an item, won it...contacted me a week later and said it did not fit and they were returning it. They wanted a full refund. They said that they had mailed the item back. I refunded the amount. Now, 2 weeks later, they tell me that they did not mail the item, they had it altered to fit. They want to pay half of the original amount and don't answer me when I try to contact them. They said they didn't think it was fair to pay the whole amount now that they invested money in getting...

Every once in a while, my number of "Views" disappears from my auction listings. I'll reload, give it a rest, try again, etc. Is there a way to get these numbers back? My "Watch" numbers are still there. Thanks!

EBAY "RESOLVED" A SITUATION I HAVE WITH A BUYER WITHOUT EVER ASKING ME WHAT HAPPENED. I AM VERY VERY UPSET WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION. I WILL NEVER SELL ANOTHER THING. THEY ALLOWED THE BUYER TO RETURN AN ITEM WHEN IT WAS EXACTLY TO THE LETTER WHAT THEY BOUGHT.

Can't contact Ebay using CONTACT US...everyone is having the same problem.

upon opening up ebay , the main page keeps freezing up. have to sign off and restart. but it just keeps happening.
