Why are seller who use Foreign PayPal account under US Seller??? If you purchase from these US Seller, you get charged a Foreign Transaction Fee on your Credit Card. The listing should say that there may or may not be an extra fee on you credit card if you purchase from this US seller with a NON-US PayPal acount.

I bought 7 T-shirts (seller tailorc3) - item #251097149162 - Madagascar 3 Personalized Birthday t shirt boys toddler infant youth Favor. When I got the package it was missing one T-Shirt. I sent an email to the seller and he/she told me that would mail me the shirt. It has been more than 2 weeks and the seller comes with all possible excuses (paypal/ebaby didn't allow him to print the mail label, cannot do the refund because paypay didn't authorise). If buyers can bid and then just not pay without any consequences then what's the purpose of going to all the work to post items, anticipate the sale, and then being let down. I've had buyers with one transactions and one with "1472" purchases. None of these people ever respond to my remails. I send daily or every other day emails..."thanking them, sending invoice, asking if there's a problem with payment, etc" - I usually use the resolution center after 7 days. This is extremely frustrating....

My eBay Seller Dashboard says I am in complete compliance with my Top Seller status and that I should be getting a 20% discount on my FVF's. I was in June, but not for the entire of the month of July. Am I missing something?? I offer next day shipping and 14 day returns. I don't get it. Thanks in advance for your help.

i won an auction at 99cents; sent payment instantly; asked seller to pack item nice, she responded she won't be able to let go the item won at this price; i told her it's ok but i will have to leave feedback to reflect the cituation...9 hors later after not hearing from her i left a negative after reading on forum that i will have to wait 30 days for payment to be returned to my account
NEXT day seller sends email that it was her mistake and she will ship as soon as shipping charges...

I've committed to buy item , but when I try to pay them with paypal (after entering username and password) and clicking 'Confirm' button it automatically redirects me on same page, where I have to pay again. I think it is not issue with my credit card because i have money on it. Everything untill now was working fine. What is going on? I don't want to be rude ebayer and not pay for my items in wanted period of time.

I am not sure how to rate the shipping and handling charges on all of my items. How do you relly know what the charge will be besides knowing the weight. I can weigh an item but how do I calculate the size of the box to include in charge.

We have a customer in Germany who wants us to change the value on an item, after the item was already paid for and the customers/shipping label has already been printed. This sounds highly unusual, why didn't she ask before the customs label was printed? The value was $25., they want the declared value to be lowered to $15.00, again after the amount has already been declared and paid/printed.

I sold a used left handed holster. The sell writes it's "Expected this to be a left handed holster was NOT". When you look at the picture on EBay you could see it was left handed. Makers mark in the front and the thumb snap in the back. Plus, my dad and I are both left handed and thats all we have. So, how does one dispute the negative feed back.
