I just got a message from a buyer that item arrived damaged. I KNOW I MUST REFUND HER. My question is this: I can refund her from my Pay Pal account even though her funds are not yet available, correct? Or must (or should) I wait til they are in my PayPal account?

I listed 4 hours ago. My item is not showing up on searched listings. It does show up in My EBay. What's up with that?

Can I sell the same item on ebay and hipswap at the same time and/or different times. Or do I always have to list the item on one or the other? i.e. if I already have an item on ebay and have had no luck for a long time can I then also list it on hipswap?

Just received an automated phone call asking me if I was expecting a call from Ebay. If so, press "6". I wasn't expecting a call from Ebay but pressed "^" anyway. The automated caller gave me a number which is an Ebay pin. Then it disconnected. Is this on the up and up? Has anyone else had this happen? And if so, what is the PIN for? Thank you.

When I enter the weight for an item I'm listing for sale, do I have to include the box that it will be shipped in or just the item itself.

I need advice on how to ship internationally. I agreed to ship a package to Brazil. Any suggestions on how to ship this. They agreed to pay the extra shipping cost but am unsure what carrier to use or where to calculate the shipping cost. Thank you.

Does anyone else think this new policy of one day shipping + returns is awful for sellers? I have a husband with cancer & there are days that I cannot be at home to ship on a daily basis, due to his treatments or him being in the hospital. I work so hard to maintain my 100%positive feedback & seller ratings so that I can get the 20% discount on my fees, but this is just unreasonable. What if you work a full-time job & sell on eBay? How can everyone possibly post items everyday? This...

I get a message that I should contact E-bay by phone to increase my selling limits

i opend an unpaid item case against a buyer. the case was closed with no payment received after the alotted time and I reecived my final value fee credit back from ebay. the buyer then paid through paypal directly thinking she would avoid the unpaid item strick. i shipped the item. She now opened a case against me saying I senr her an empty box and she wants a full refund. I just sold my first e-bay item. I used the shipping cost that e-bay estimated for UPS which was $2.12. I didn't print anything from e-bay for shipping, just took the item to UPS and had it shipped. They charged me $15.16. What did I do wrong and how do I make sure that I charge the proper S&H to the buyer next time?

When I won the auction, the seller sent me the invoice with obviously overestimated postage. I immediatelly objected, since I saw the actual rates of his country's post on the web, but he instisted that such cost is justified. However, now that the parcel finally arrived, I see that I was right. Converted to US Dollars, the sticker on teh parcel says he paid 9 $, while he charged me 22 $.
I believe his act was against E-bay's policy, so what can I do now to report this and ask for the justice?

I requested revision of a negative and was refused even though the sale was refunded. Now buyer has a change of heart but cannot find any links to allow it. It comes up that there are no "feedbacks eligible for revision" on her side or mine. How do we do this?

Hi,
I want to know if I can specify one shipping method (USPS Priority International Flat rate envelope with shipping insurance) to Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay without other countries being bound by this shipping method. I am having an unusually high percentage (60-70%) of parcels not making it to their destination in Brazil. Internationally I am not having problems like this...only to these countries. And yes, the buyer is waiting at least 30 days (sometimes up to 60) before they contact...

I gave buyer full refund when they weren't happy with my item, they haven't sent my item back, i've contacted him twice and heard nothing back. So he got my item for free. What can i do about this?

A buyer purchased several knives from me from different listings. He purchased one in particular and then complained about the price. He asked me to reduce the price after he paid and the auction was over. I have now sent all of the knives in one box to combine shipping.
