Regarding my question on feedback revision..about 7 posts down..thanks to all that answered but the problem WAS solved, and you do get a second chance sometimes. The buyer was refunded but left neg. I requested a change she refused and later wrote and said she would change it. All answers led to a NO, but in reality, she called cusomer service, explained the situation, and I was told it would come off in 48-72 hours. It took only two hours. I recently bid on and won an auction for an item which was listed with FREE shipping. When I received the invoice the seller had tacked on and included on the invoice an additional astronomical cost for shipping. I have contactet the seller numerous times and have requested to cancel the transaction. I purchased an item shippped from California to IL in 2 days with a tracking number. The number shows delivered the end of May, however I was home that day and it wasn't delivered to my house. I've contacted the post office, and of course since it wasn't insured they can't help nor do they recall this package.
The odd thing is that this seller is new, sold at least 2 identical items that same week per my "relisting notice" as well as some other items, but is still at 0 feedback.

I have to leave about 30 feed backs from 2 days. It gets very tiring and yet I want to leave positive feedbacks since the items were shipped quickly and were exactly as ordered. Is there a way to leave several feed backs at once?
Such as 5 star with a postive feed back comment

I seem to lose a lot of feedback and what I would consider good advertising for the type of service and products I sell because people are not leaving feedback. I do my best to provide quality service. Am i wrong in thinking there should be something to the effect," Before proceeding to My ebay, please leave feedback for your purchases". How can we, the sellers, inspire buyers to be part of the ebay comunity? I am starting to feel I shouldn't leave feedback unless I receive feedback first....

Just got off the phone with another RUDE ebay customer servivce representative...whats this new policy? I been a buyer and seller since 1999, and now they have a new policy..if you have not sold 25 items...they hold your money for 20 days..????
REALLY? thats legal? Fire away to BBB and social media outlets tonight, this is crazy.......
He gets the item, holds it...confirmed shipped through tracking and now I have to wait for money..?.....

My auction is closing within a few hours & what I can't understand is with 24 watchers, I guess I expected one of them would place a bid. I thought a watcher was really interested abviously I am wrong. I did my homework on other Ellery dolls sold & they went higher & look at the extras I have included. What did I do wrong besides starting my bid too high?

A seller made a mistake in his item description, I paid for it, and then he emailed me that the description was wrong. As a result, I no longer wanted the item because it wasn't what I was looking for. He immediately refunded my money. I think that I should leave positive feedback - am I supposed to?

Long story, but basically: I won an auction and paid for the item in full. Then, the seller and I agreed that he would offer it to the second highest bidder instead. The other bidder purchased the item, but he still incurred fees for "my" sale. How, or can he, get any of those fees taken off? Can the transaction be cancelled once it has been paid and will he get any of the fees back? Thanks for any help you can give.

I have 30 minutes left in an auction with 1 bidder and as I was preparing the item for shipping I noticed a tiny chip. I emailed the buyer rght away but I don't know what to do. Should I end the auction or wait until she wins and give her the option to cancel?

Just got the item and it was not what I bought,I contacted the seller and was tould they were sorry for the mistake and would contact the person who got my item and that I could send it to that buyer and he could send me my item,that if I don't get my item they would give me a refund,I do not like the idea because it is outside ebay and what if I don't get my item,I would rather send it back to the seller.
