Hi, I purchased a toy for my son from Hong Kong and when we received it it was faulty. I contacted the seller and to cut a long story short I open a case in the Resolution Centre. eBay ruled in my favour and I returned the item and the item was delivered back to the seller using a tracking method with the Royal Mail. I won a gorgeous Doll priced at 79.99. When it came to my location in Canada, I had to pay Customs fees, which was expected. But the Sellar had put Insurance of 300.00 on the item ,which is unnecessary in my opinion, and I definitely did not enjoy paying extra for it, when paypal insures, shipping and item. I had to pay taxes on 300.00 which is not what i paid.. totally unfair, but how do u fix that??
So upset... ebay needs to really train there sellars.. getting sick of this..

What is DSR? I know FDR, JFK, MLK etc. What is an acceptable range? I think 5 is the maximum you might get. If 5 is the max being A+ what is passing grade? Did anybody looked at my last item in my auction block? The item is amazing and it really worked for me. Maybe someone can answer this , I am trying to keep my sales under the 20 thousand mark so I dont get a form saying I made to much now I have to enter it on my taxes . is the 20 grand on just the sale price or is it the sale price and the total price . Is it the price i sold the item for and the shipping price that counts toward the 20 grand

Just made 1st sale...have bought many times before and always used my PayPal account to send payment - no problem. Do I need to set up a special PayPal account to accept payment from buyers or will my existing PayPal account be sufficient?

I see where sellers leave a note at the top of listings about being gone for a few days. How do I do this. I am going to be gone from Friday June 22nd until Sunday July 1st.

Hi simple problem. I want to buy something on ebay but can't because I don't want it to go on my purchase history.
a) Can I ask the seller to rename the item before I purchse it?
b) or after I purchase it?
c) or can I rename it after purchase?d) is there a way to mask the name of an item in my Purchase History or at least just supply the Category of what I bought, (ie. Collectables is the top category so the Purchase History would just show "Collectibles") and still be able to sell things.e)...
