How do I send someone a prepaid shipping label?

Is it ever appropriate to contact a seller after many weeks of the puchase to request they leave me feedback? I am so tired of 'upping' everyone else's rating (buyers & sellers) & getting little feedback in return...especially with very, very experienced sellers...you would think they would be considerate enough to leave feedback, after I have left positive feedback for them. I don't want to cross any lines here that I shouldn't, so a little honest input is appreciated. Thank you.

HERE GOES..i bought an item .. its paid for...then the seller says i need to pay for the shipping wich is fine..BUTT how...cant add it on the total..and dont know how to put shipping on an aleady purchased item...going crazy..thanks

I sold a necklace using the auction format, and after this women won it, she asked me how much it weighed, I answered her and thanked her for bidding. She then sent me a message that she was not going to pay me and that she is not obligated to do so. I don't think I should have to wait 4 days before doing anything, any advice would be helpful.

Hey! I have a pretty simple question... I am not that new to Ebay or its policies. I understand the holding of funds process to new sellers and I understand Ebay holds the funds from new sellers for at least a 21 day period or less (faster when you use Ebay shipping labels, which I do). My question is how many items do you have to sell before they lift this hold on your funds and begin getting payments immediately? I know I have only sold about 5 items so far (all of them were very smooth...

I sold an item for $1.99 and buyer has requested to purchase 10 additional for a total of $21.89. Shipping is $21.00.
How do I revise the invoice to show the additional amount?

I am selling a Murano Chandelier, due to the fragile item it is I am listing it for pickup only. I have had inquiries from Nebraska for which I have declined and other locations that want me to wrap the item, box it up and they will pick it up and send it internationally for which I have also declined. What Does "Percentage Of Bid Activity With The Seller " Means?
If You Click Under Bidders Id It Shows The Percentage Of Their biddig Activity With The Seller . In Most Cases When The Item
Is Overpriced Or Something Wrong With The Item , There Are Always 2 Or 3 Bidders With Bidding History Of 100% With The Seller ! There Is Somethins Fishy About This Process ! I Guess
This Is A Team Work Between Seller & His Friends To Increase
The Bid & Sell The Item . Am I Right Or There Is...

I'm a new seller and have gotten myself into a situation. I have been dealing with a demanding buyer, and in my enthusiasm and naivety have accommodated her.

A winning bidder who is new to ebay with zero feedback is trying to make a payment. I sent an invoice, but they continue to contact me about my email address not being correct with paypal. Shouldn't they be able to pay and navigate throught the sent invoice? It seems as though they are going directy to their paypal account and trying to use the send money option/method. I say this because they are asking for my paypal address to make payment. Should I give it to the buyer. I don't buy much on...

Hello,
I have an auction that ended 2 weeks ago. I have sent several invoices and e mails to the buyer. Each time I send another invoice it changes the sale date to the current date. I wonder if the buyer is even getting my e mails or invoices?

I have been waiting for a payment from a customer for about a week . A few days ago I was advised that intervention had been taken by E- bay , now the entire transaction has vanished ! Wow . that is one way of resolving the problem , but not one that I would have expected ! I am expected to explain everything that I do l Can anyone tell me what this mystery move is ?

I was trying to search an item and realized Ebay is trying out a 'new' format....? I am unable to find the 'completed listings' box as there normally is. Does anyone know what happened and where I can find it?

If a seller selects new when making out the listing but puts in the discription that he is selling used items,will buyer open item not as discribed case and get there money back?

i am fairly new to ebay and i only buy not sell. i have made 15 purchases using 'buy it now' and always pay immediately using paypal. yesterday i made a purchase, used 'buy it now' , payed immediately with paypal and my item shipped out today. Question is that on "My ebay" page it says im bidding on this item and i am the highest bidder and auction ends in 3 hours. I do not want 2. I have sent a message to seller and havnt heard anything. why would it say i am bidding on this item.

Buyer is stalling on payment and responses to inquiries. How long is customary and fair to wait? Then what do I do, hit the second chance offer on the next person down in bidding?
