im buying on ebay and it till me that i'm going to pay 19.99gbp.then i go to paypal and start to pay and it says shipping is 25.99 gbp

I have a bidder for a item. I'm trying to change the price and then do free shipping. It will not let me change the price or free shipping. How do I go about doing this.

I purchased another vintage sewing machine for $25.00 + 30 for shipment. Very heavy! Once again it was very badly packaged. Although there was space around the machine, nothing was used to cushion it from movement in transit. Therefore upon arrival, parts were broken, even the motor at the back was completely broken off, and only the base of the motor is still attached to the machine. The case was in which the machine was placed, was in pieces.

Hi. Im a seller. On 6/15/2012, A buyer requested he wants to return an item that he had purchased from me.
6/19/2012 - I recieved back my item and everything is fine. No Damage or Broken.
The item - $19.99
Shipping fees - $6.00
Total cost = $25.99 (Paypal)
Here's the question, Should i refund only $19.99 back to the buyer or $25.99? P.S This is my first time doing a refund with shipping fees.

I would like to bid on an auction but the shipping amount in unspecified even if I enter my zipcode. The seller has not responded to my message and I fear winning the auction then having this new seller decide to charge say, $20 for shipping when it would only cost $3. Is there any ebay rule preventing them from being unfair/ would I be obligated to proceed with the transaction in the event of an unfair unspecified shipping charge ?

Recently, there have been people who buy auctions and then wait the full 8 days (of nonpaying process) to pay and then pay with an echeck, which is another 7-9 days of waiting. Is there a way I can block Echeck as a form of payment in paypal or ebay?

I sometimes have my listing ready to list and get a red error message saying I have an error in my listing, click to change. once I do that i always lose my title and description, not pictures, never know what the error was. Very annoying and time consuming. anyone else have this problem. tom

She did not relist she sent an invoice and I paid through that. If you are looking in my history it is the Leo ring. And I did have the 35.00 in my ebay bucks account until today. They held the refund on the original purchase until today. Now the 35.00 is gone. Thanks for helping me out with this.

I have twice tried to list my very first item. Both times it redirects me to PayPal and then I can't go back to the listing I had completed. I've done this twice and don't want to do it a third time. Can anyone tell me where it "disappeared" to?!

Hi. I have a question about ebay bucks. I signed up and was approved for bill me later. So I made a purchase and checked out with bill me later. Come to find out ebay took all the money out of my paypal balance. Called ebay and they said to have the seller cancell the transaction and then I buy it again with the bill me later. A few weeks ago my sales started a huge downward trend. Now I could see a slow day or even a week but it was so slow I knew something was wrong. I started searching my own listings and found that when searching by size in the kids clothing category my items were not showing up. I orignally wanted to only ship within the US. But i have someone interested from Ukrine. I looked up the shipping costs and let the person know how much it would be.. I also went to the page you can add specific international users so that they can bid.
I have heard good and bad things about that. Some say that international bidders cannot pay through paypal, and some say they can????
