When I click on some listings I get a page that is in chinese or japenese (not sure which). Anyone else having this problem?

Can you tell me wha tthis means? The vehicle is for sale and i would like to purchase. Do I have to wait until the very end and bid and hope mine is ht ehighest bid?

I am about to start selling for a local flea market using my personal seller account. I was given multiple items one of which is a pair of 2011 Nike Air Jordan 13 Playoffs. I know nothing about newer items (I do vintage clothing in my private selling) after an hour of research I determined the pair he is asking me to sell are fakes because of the quality and a major discrepancy in the jumpman logo. Opened an account with Ebay back in 2000. This month for the first time I see I've been charged by Ebay for a Social Network 1.99? What exactly is this item which I've never used and didn't sign up for? And please cancel this add on to my account, if you don't mind.

I need some help and suggestions here. I bought an item. It arrived damaged. The seller has been an exemplaray one all the way. This is not the selle's fault. I am inclined to say that the item was as described, even thought it arrived broken. I have asked for a refund, the seller has agreed. Will ebay not accept this star rating ? Wouldn't seem fair to penalize seller for something he did not do.

I made an error in listing a product. The buyer and I agreed that I would relist a smiliar item (that I had) and that he would get refunded the diffrence of the next auction. It ended up being a $150 refund and I would like to have that credited to my final value fee. I already refunded him through PayPal. How do I get a credit from Ebay?

I listed an item this morning, a homemade vintage brooch wedding bouquet with an ivory colored fabric handle.
I just received notification that my listing was removed because it said "ivory" and something about animals and wildlife. I never said the bouquet had any ANIMAL ivory. The fabric is ivory!
It cost me almost $5 just to list this item with all my pics etc!
Who do I contact about this?? I did not violate any policies with this listing!

I'm high bidder on an item, my max bid is quite a bit higher, but the reserve is not met. Will my max bid be raised to meet reserve, or is there a way to raise my own high bid to try and meet reserve?

A buyer (maweathers) contacted me about an item I was selling, # 280899192587. He tells me he bid 62.00 before the auction ended but the item sold for 51.01, less than his high bid, he wants to know how that happened and why he did not win the auction.
There are 2 bids for 51.10 by the same buyer on my auction bids.

How do you think I should handle a buyer that won an auction 5 days ago (12th) and still has not paid?
I politely sent them a message on day 4 letting them know tactfully that I would like to soon get their item in the mail and if there was a problem to let me know.
I recieved a reply today saying they "lost their credit card but should have a new one in the mail within 10 days.
If this was the truth I would have no problem with waiting, however, I saw where they have made a couple...

Does Ebay have any kind of method whereby they (Ebay) can bid for you if you're not going to be available at the close of the bid? There are times that I'm not around to bid during the last minute or so and I will usually lose to this higher bidder. I thought I once read that Ebay can get around this but now I can't find it. I understand that if a buyer just doesn't want an item and they return it that they should pay for return shipping. However, if an item arrives broken why should buyer have to pay to send it back to seller? I know for a fact that when they take out insurance they receive the shipping cost back as well. Buyer in this case is out money for nothing!
