I am angry as I recently moved. I made a purchase and told the seller that I moved and what my new address was..She was not so very plesant and now I do not know if I will receive my package Seller says she will send to address listed regardless of note. What is the point in making notes if the seller does not even care to look at it or deal with it? .Is it worth it to me? I highly doubt it...I could pay 5 dollars more at my local health store and not deal with any hastles from any one on...

for instance, when I do a search for completed items, and the results show,in green that item # 270958526449 sold for $4000 but when I go to the original listing for that item, it shows that it sold for $3700......why?

I have a buyer who purchased an item on 10 June 2012. I shipped the item on the same day and she received the item on 13 June 2012. On 14 June 2012 that buyer left a negative remark "slow". I contacted her and asked politely what was it she felt was negative or slow about our transaction and have not gotten a response. Hi, ebay resolution just closed my unrefunded item case. They stated it is closed because I didn't have return permission or delivery confirmation. I have return confirmation stated in the emails I exhanged with seller and I have delivery confirmation that item was delivered back to seller. she claims she didn't get it and won't refund $255.00. How do I appeal ebays decision as their denial reasons stated are not accurate. Do I have a hope?

I have a difficult buyer. Won an auction for item not compatible with his computer, is now claiming we deceived him on description which WE DID NOT. Wants full refund including shipping without returning item, says costs to much for return postage. Our return policy is clearly stated, but he has opened a case with Ebay because we refused to refund unless he returns item. I want to block him from bidding, but want to be sure we can still message if we block.....Thanks

I refunded an International purchase about 40 days after the item was shipped because the item was lost in the mail. Well the item finally arrived. I haven't heard from the buyer about payment, so I am out the shipping cost and the item cost along eBay fees. eBay denied a fee credit.
This is the second time this has happened to me. Fortunately the first buyer sent me a payment after the item arrived.

I shipped out the item which the buyer bought from me last week.
But yesterday, paypal hold this sum because the buyer's bank
want to reverse.
I provided the shipping label to paypal which I paid at USPS store.
Have I chance to win this dispute?
The buyer received the item yesterday according to the tracking number service.

A couple thigs I'm curious about - If as a buyer, I communicate well and pay immediately - Have I not met my obligations as a buyer and am therefore entitled to positive feedback? It seems as if sellers (I sell here too, but leave positive feedback as soon as the buyer has met their obligations) withhold feedback until it's left for them. If they have not met their obligations as a seller and are left negative feedback as a result - No feedback is left for the buyer - even though they've done...

Please tell me how my Feedback Rating went from 100 Percent Positive to 0 percent simply because I have not sold anything in the past 12 months. I worked very hard to achievie the 100 Percent Positive Feedback rating over the years, the 0 Percent Feedback makes me look like some kind of a not so honest seller or buyer.
I would like to have this corrected ASAP, this is VERY IMPORTANT to me.

I stumbled apon a great thing and I don't know how I did it. Maybe someone can help me.... I've been printing my flyer and having to cut off the the extra junk that appears on the page, today I somehow got just my flyer to show on the pc screen with nothing else and it printed out beautifully on 2 pieces of paper. No cutting the unwanted info!! I've edited the page set-up to where everything says empty, but it was still printing all the extra stuff until I did whatever I did today. I'm not...

I keep getting the message "We’ve noticed that your listing included a shortened URL. eBay no longer permits shortened URLs..." whilst trying to list my item.
Problem is: there are no urls, no email addresses, NOTHING such in my listing.
I called Ebay support. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with them. They were able to look at my unpublished listing. They "re-tabulated" my listing without changing any words in it.
Go figure.
But call them anyway. It will work.
