I had purchased several items from a seller, and when I recieved them they were not anything like the description, so I contacted them saying I would like to send them back. Which I did with the sellers permission. She said after she recieved them back she would refund my money. It is now two weeks, the seller has not given back the money, and has closed down her selling profile. What do I do?

eBay used to allow registered users to see their fees and items going back to day one, which could be several years. How do I see items I listed older than 4 months?

I have started researching on how to start an ebay business to help supplement my income, and I am a little overwhelmed with all of the information out there. I have a few basic questions and ANY feedback would be greatly appreciated!

My bidder won auction 2 days ago. My listing states Paypal payment is to be made within 24 hours and also lists Paypal as the only payment option.
At auction's end, buyer sent request for invoice. They live in Vietnam and I live in U.S. so they required a specific shipping fee. I invoiced them 3 different times (at their request) and finally sent a message saying please see the previously sent invoices. I placed a scanner on ebay motors and my ebay got switched to motors. I do not have ebay motors and do not sell cars or car parts and would like to switch back and can't....Please help!!!!!!!!

I have a buyer making an offer and wanting me to go ahead and invoice ahead of auction ending date. I wasn't sure so I emailed that I normally work within the ebay scedule, but that I would lower the price in order for a lower bid. What is the best thing to do?

thinking of bidding on an item but the seller states in the item description that he reserves the right to end the auction at any time. the item is listed with no reserve so does this mean that if "his price" is not reached then he can just cancel the auction b/c it didn't get as high as he wanted it to. my understanding was that no reserve items sold at the price of the final bid

Have a buyer that won 4 of my items. She tells me today her husband left her & 3 kids and can't afford the items. She wants me to cancel transaction and not block her from my listings so when she gets back on her feet, she can shop with me again. Then I looked at her recent transactions & saw that she won and paid for many items, that cost more than mine, at the same time as mine. Sounds like she is giving me a sob story right now. If I cancel the transactions, she may not accept it...

I'v listed a Lilliput Lane items twice now and it does not show up under Lilliput Lane. People have found it, but I have no idea where. I start by listing the items under Decorative Colectiables, then the Brand Name. What am I doing wrong?

Why cant I view items purchased more than 60 days ago with full details including ad pics. I have trouble leaving feedback for these items as they are in included.
Also I cannot open a case for item not received.

Why don't I see my item when I search using key words. I have to go to "my ebay" and go to the selling tab and I see it there, but if I were a customer, it does not seem to show up in a search. What can I do so people see my item?

As I tried to sell an item on eBay US from Japan many times, I couldn't complete listing. Whenever I almost finish listing, I am asked to put my credit card number even though I have no credit card. 1. for the first deal > 2. registration& certification > 3. identification by using bank account > 4.to put a bank account information ・・・・ which page or how I can start or enter into a proper page ? A 2 part question. I was reviewing the UPI auto assist. A section mentioned about feedback the buyer may have left. It's a bit confusing. First, if a buyer hasn't paid for the item, how can fb be left in the first place? Or can it?
Also, Are there any circumstances in which an UPI case is opened against a buyer, buyer never pays, but doesn't have an UPI strike issued on their account? Is it solely up to the descretion of ebay depending on the buyers reasons for non payment?

Hey Y'all!!
I have multiple items in my cart under 2 different sellers. I only want to check out and pay one seller for grouped items and leave other sellers items until later. Checkout total combines all items from both sellers.?! Ungrouping option states that 'only seller can regroup items if ungrouped'. Doubtful it would provide desired result anyhow.
How may I pay for one sellers carted items and not the other?
Note: Checkout total includes both sellers totals.

OK IM WONDERING WHY WHEN I ORIGINALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR AN ITEM I WOULD PUT THE FIRST LETTER IN THE SMALL SEARCH BOX ABOVE AND IT WOULD REMEMBER MY PREVIOUS SEARCHES NEXT TIME I LOGGED ON,NOW IT ONLY SAVED ONE OR TWO.IS THERE SOMETHING I NEED TO SET ON MY COMPUTER.ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

I recently signed up for Auctiva free trial. All of my e-bay listings automatically imported into Auctiva with no problem. However, since then I have listed several other items. I prefer the e-bay format, is there a way to automatically import the new listings into Auctiva?
