I added an item to my shopping cart and then saved it for later using that option ..
Now am trying to get rid of it but i cant and i keep getting messages saying dont forget to purchase your item
I have tried adding it back to the cart but the delete option is not available for it .. I should note that the item says I have won this item
How do i get rid of it

I had an item up for auction and it ended on the 11th. I have still not recieved payment or a message from the buyer. I did send the invoice and informed that I would not ship it until I get confirmation that there has been a payment made. No response.
It is four days after the fact. Is there a way to cancel the transaction so that I may do whatever else I an with my item? Or is there a time limit I have to wait?

I mistakenly marked UPS for the shipping service on item and didn't realize it until the item sold. Is it possible to switch delivery to USPS, if so how?

I listed some sneakers for sale & posted no Intl Shipping. However, a Russian Federation person purchasd the sneakers. I sent him an invoice to capture the addl $61 it would cost to ship the sneakers. Hi
I just had a customer leave neutral feedback (after having the item for almost a month and never telling me that she expected it to be in "slightly better condition." I looked at her feedback and it seems that she does this on occasion. At any rate, I want all customers to be as happy as possible and despite it being a month after purchase, am thinking about taking a return and cancelling the order.

We both ship and purchase on Ebay using USPS. Lately we have had a rash of receiving packages with postage due. These are both regular packages and flat rate packages.
I understand the extra cost on regular but flat rate? Are the calculators not picking up the new shipping charge costs?

I sold an item that had "no returns" on it. The lady claims it is not as described . She claims there are not 1 but FIVE stains one one of these baby dresses. If TRUE, it was an honest mistake and I told her I would refund all ofher money. Then she writes me some crazy mean letter telling me I should pay for the shipping of the item back to me. I will . Thanks for the answers to my previous question. Where to I see the cost of shipping paid by the buyer on ebay. I see where they put the total about I will receive for the sold items but it did not include the shipping costs?

I sold an item on EBAY. The buyer paid immediately and I shipped item with a delivery confirmation number. USPS says item was delivered in June 7th. Buyer says they never got item and opened a claim. Who is responsible?

Hi there. I listed a pair of diamond studs and was not sure how many carats they were. I measured the diamonds both several times across and listed in inches, the diameter. Someone baught the item and then claimed they were not as described because they are not a specific carat they stated. I never stated a carat size! I usually offer free shipping but recently have been charging for shipping. For instance, I put in $4.00 on the last item that was sold. Does the buyer pay the $4.00 or are they charged only the cost of shipping? I did media mail.

We've had a few buyers complain of a phone number requirement during checkout. They claim that other eBay sellers do not require this. We've looked around at settings and can't seem to figure out why our auctions require buyers to enter a phone number. Is this a setting on eBay? Or perhaps Paypal? Any help would be appreciated. I am mostly a seller but as a buyer I have had a rash of not as described items lately. I returned a jacket (totally different brand than listing stated) and the DC says 'not deliverable as addressed'. I had opened a case when I first got it because the seller is not helpful at all. I can escalate it now because she still hasnt responded in ebay. I sent it to the return address on the package, ok'd by the seller. So what happens now? I have a collection from 1965 to 1983, missing approx. 4 mags, and pinup calendars in the covers from 1967 to 1973. How do I go about listing this on ebay, we're talking 18 years, over 200 issues and they're in very good condition with all the mailers, etc in them. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
