I've received an email in the morning,said my product was removed from ebay cataloge,so I think if I revise the wrong item ,it would be ok,but when I revise it ,the page said my product was removed!!!what can I do ??????HELP!!

My PayPal is not completing transactions. All of my transactions that I recieve have been pending for days.... Any suggestions??? I'm pretty sure its my PayPal because its reoccurring.

It used to be that a potential buyer could narrow down a large category of items to a small group of specific items and then save it for future reference. The group would be items similar to what the buyer is interested in. For instance, I could narrow the hugh category of glass all the way down to a few pieces of American Brilliant Cut Glass that was cut by an individual company and save that small category. Thus, I could quickly find if any new items in that small category had been put up...

I purchased a piece of clothing for $80.00 and it's so bad I want to return it but I figure the cost of shipping to China is so much I wont get enough back to make it worth my time. Does Ebay offer dscounted shipping back to the seller

i won a bid on the 14th...two days later when payment was expected i was waiting for funds to become available in my paypal to pay so i messaged seller explaining this and said it would be within that week if it was a problem let me know. they responded that it was fine but ebay automatically opens a case on day four. i explained that i knew that but i should be safe because they give you a few days to pay or make arrangments with buyer. a couple days later i recieved a message from seller that...

I am an american living at present Australia, sent to e-bay to order a few items, paid for them ,recieved 1 like kind in 1 week, the shipping was free,the other I paid 17.00 shipping and twice the amount for item, it's been almost 1 month and still no package ,tried using tracking # wouldn't go through,said may take a few days to update, tried days and days later still nothing, contacted seller took a week to answer,but said it would be delivered in the next------- days, yip thats right -------...

The seller will not pay for the things he won. He won't respond to invoices or attempts to contact him. I opened a case and he didn't respond. Now I am attempting to cancel the transaction and he still hasn't responded. I looked at his feedback and there are numerous times he has done this, yet his feedback is still 100%. How can I cancel this transaction, and make sure he can't keep doing this to sellers?

I ran across a seller that has this in all of his descriptions,
INSURANCE
Whether or not a package is insured or not is left completely up to the Buyer. You will need to notify me at auctions end if you desire insurance or not. If you desire insurance I will add it to the invoice and it will be included in the cost of shipping.
I would not think that would be ebay legal. What do you think?

Hi All, I did post a question regarding this case, but I have a New question now. I opened a case w/eBay as suggested by members of this board. Because I received an empty envelope (there should have been a Pandora bead in it), I did not open a "did not receive item" case, but as suggested, I opened a "SNAD case." It fits, because I rec'd. damaged packaging, but not the item. The heavy metal bead was sent in a flimsy 4" X 7" bubble wrap envelope - not secured on the outside with packing...

He is hostile. No point in asking him to revise it. All I did was miss an email from him and he went bezerk. I had already shipped the item asap as always. He couldn't wait to file a claim against me! For what? I'd just like to know how to remove the negative feedback, if possible.

A buyer purchased an item from me today and wants to combined shipping with an item that doesn't end for 5 days. I have a 1-day handling time with my listings and was wondering if there was any way to put a hold on the first order so it would not affect my rating.
Any help would be appreciated.

I sold an item to uk, the trucking number show that the item stuck at custom Miami Fl for 3 weeks now....the byuer don't want any longer and opened a case for full refund....what to do?

Long story short, sold item, printed shipping label and hand delivered it to postal it was scanned and receipt was given to me. Item was to be delivered to Niagara Falls, NY 14303 And my label was printed through ebay and ok to ship through paypal also confirmed , this is the address on the label also. I also opened a lost package with the main USPS. They have stayed in contact with me. Still no returned package and buyer said they still do not have it. Mailed flat rate.Anyone out there that...
