What does it mean when you make a payment, print out summary of payment and see a message under status: Your payment has been refunded.

ONE SIZE DOESN'T ALWAYS FIT ALL POLICY??!!! What does a fella do when he is shipping time sensitive products like hatching eggs and live plants, when our policay is to ship MON, TUES, WED, & SAT. so that the package doesn't get held up in the PO over the weekend?? Bust my A-- to ship one-day, but can't ship on THUR/FRI....Guess I just ran into another of Ebay's policies that "has to be followed or else" that doesn't make any sense and NO, ONE SIZE DOESN'T FIT ALL!!!

Several times lately the actual online shipping cost to me through PP plus my handling fee of .45 to 1.00 is much less than what my fee plus the shipping calculator would indicate. This is a good thing for me but, it seems like it should be exact or at least within a cent or two.When printing the shipping label, I compare what the customer has payed vs what I'm actually paying plus the handling fee and it does not jive.

I think I might be doing something wrong when using the calculate shipping screen and buying the shipping labels.
Why is it that sometimes similar size/weight packages are cheaper to send as parcel and sometimes it's cheaper as priority mail?
I understand the actual dollar amounts to ship will be different according to where the item is going - what I'm encountering is that buyer 1 will come out that sending it parcel is less expensive than priority but for some reason buyer 2 is cheaper to...

I selected my I.D. several years ago and would like to change it but
(1) what happens to my feedback if I change?
(2) if I have current listings is the change automatic on each listing or
do I wait until I have no current listings?

I purchased a dress but was advised by the seller that it could not be shipped internationally. The seller asked if I wanted to cancel the sale and I agreed. The item has been sold subsequent to that. How do I remove the sale notice from myEbay, which still tells me I have a payment due for the item (which I could not have shipped and which has been sold to another)?

I mailed a priority mail flat rate envelope thru online PayPal and it has a tracking number and it HAS been delivered. The buyer says they have not received and are going to leave Negative feedback...what can I do?

I have bought an item from a seller on May-10 (almost a month ago) the shipping was very expensive so we thought that we will receive the item quicly. I paid for the item immediately. I didn't receive the item and the seller is not answering my questions, I sent him already two questions, one a week ago and the second one from yesterday.

I got this bit of info. on my ebay page. it said that I had listed about 20 items and I can list up to 500 and make up to around $14,000 a month. What was funny was that so far I am up to about $242.00 with the listed items...do they really think I can throw together enough to sell $14,000 in a few weeks? hahahaha I don't think so. I think a person would need a store to do that, no??

I have a seller (fullonidle) which is selling sports cards. I try the buy it now option and immediately get an error message. Seller will not accept my bid. I get the blirb that it may be for a number of reasons but none are listed. I have 100% buying and selling on ebay. Then I try to contact member by ebay email and the seller will not take my email. WHAT. I want to submit a "problem" with ebay on line and there is no way to do it. Maybe the seller does not know that this problem...
