But, when I go to the desk top version, my auction listing shows " returns accepted", just the way I listed it while using the app.Do other people see "returns not accepted" when viewing my auctions on smartphones?

Recently I received Top Seller level and soon afterwards I started having trouble listing my items. I use "sell similiar" key and it is slow as molassess but loads until I reach the review part of listing and it just sits there or times out. Have been kicked off many times while trying to complete my listing and it is annoying having to keep signing in only to get stopped all over again.
What's wrong?

I need cross stitch floss NB974 for the Sorcerer's apprentice project. The chart says it can only be found at their store which went out of business in 2006. What is NB product and is there an alternate? The company is Designer Stitches, design by Debbie Minton. Any help would be welcomed.

the item sold was paid for once the buyer sent the payment thru to paypal using my e mail address. the link between ebay an paypal was not working because ebay had an old email address and paypal could not pick it up. Now the unpaid item case is closed but I cannot mark it paid an leave positive feedback. Is ther anyway I can remove this from my buyers record. Thanks
ps I live in boonys and only have cell phone with not good connection. I tried conntacting ebay thru customer service but only...

ebay does not seem to allow insured shipping as an option on international purchases. I don't understand this. International insurance rate varies by country and some buyers want it. Is this an absolute thing?

I'm a new buyer here and have purchase several items. There are two NON-top-rated sellers that haven't shipped my item that I already paid for. The rest of my purchase has been shipped by top-rated sellers. For the two other sellers I made my payment by PayPal to them on Friday. It's Tuesday evening, and they were supposed to ship my items within ONE business day. i tried to contact them, but I'm getting no reply. I don't know if they have already shipped and just didn't mark as "shipped"...

Hello,
I have recently bought an item. I paid as soon I won the item which I was bidding. The problem happened a few hours later when I received a refund from the seller. The note stated that he does not ship to Puerto Rico or PO Boxes (I am from Puerto Rico). The thing is that the action listing does not state that the seller does not ship to this country or PO Boxes. It even gaved me the shipping cost. The person who bought my motorcycle didn't pay and left me a feedback saying the motorcycle didn't work and didn't have a motor and so he didn't buy it (there is nothing wrong with the motorcycle and he never even spoke to us). I am going to file a case with the resolution center. My question is: what can I do to avoid this if I resell? Every post here tells the seller to accept cash only for pick-up from buyer. I understand this for delivery purpose but my question is what should the buyer expect from the seller if cash is paid so the seller cannot report to eBay that the buyer did not paid for it when in fact the buyer paid cash? Also, what would be acceptable forms that eBay would accept from the buyer to prove they paid for the item in cash?
