I have a problem with a seller.
To summarize briefly,
the seller unilaterally opened a cancel transaction case.
I did not accept it. Then the seller sent an invoice by modifying shipping cost.

2012-06-12 Messages sent by the seller
You declined on the case, so unfortunately I still cannot send you a CPU. It says I still need to send you the CPU but I can't. Well, I was up front and honest instead of taking your money before you sent it....

How do I create a listing to offer an item to only one buyer who has contacted me directly? I do not want the listing to be open to the public, only to the one person. I know there is such a thing as a Private Auction or Private Listing...I just don't know how to create one. Thanks in advance...

Ebay message I received
"Dear eBay Community Member, The bid that you entered for the item (***********) has been cancelled. You can view the reason provided for the cancellation by selecting the (bid history) link from the individual item page."
I received this message after I thought I won an auction. All bids (9 of them) were canceled or retracted at 05:53:56 or 05:53:57 with an ending auction time of 05:53:57.
Did the seller feel the bidding wasn’t high...

Can sellers place bids themselves on their items just to keep the prices rising? Can they see my max bid and use that against me for an inflated price? For example, they could have a friend bid up to just below my max then my max is what I have to pay when their friend never intended on buying the item.
Only been a buyer so I am not familiar with sellers rules.

I can find sub or aircraft carrier coins but I cant find other surface ship challenge coins, or commishing coins such as USS LEAHY DLG-16, USS GOODRICH, USS FORREST SHERMAN, USS NORTH CAROLINA BB-55. Can anyone help?

I opened this eBay account in Jun. 2004. My last buying/selling activity was sometime around Nov. 2008. A couple of days ago, I listed a 1969 Jaguar XKE for $40K. After posting, eBay locked me out of my account, assuming I was hacked.
So I had to answer a couple of security questions and got back into my account. I listed the car again, and the same thing happened.
How do I make eBay STOP?

Bought 6 sewing patterns from Canada near the end of March, shipped by Canada surface mail which would normally take 4-6 weeks but up till now, nothing came i email the seller she said to wait a bit longer but i'm getting quite worried that they might have gone missing. Is there some way i could get a refund under the 45 days buyer protection scheme? These cost me $50 incl shipping

I am leaving for a few days on vacation since the new EBay policy has started regarding downloading tracking information by the next business day. I am wondering what happens to my rating if I have my EBay account on vacation status and people still purchase items while I am away? Will that count against my rating if I don't ship while I am away?
I can't seem to find this answer and the EBay customer support says that my rating is fine so I can miss a few...UNACCEPTABLE answer.

When will my fedback percentage go up? I have nothing but possitive for 6 months,but it seams like my percentage has been 98.7% for 6 months. Does it take a year to raise your percentage score?

Why if a buyer doesn't pay can't there be a negative feedback? I've been selling for over 10 years and have had more unpaid for items in the last 30 days than in ten years and I wish they were held more accountable. My paypal account can be used to refund money, or have holds placed on it, why not that for buyers? It isn't fair to sellers, others bid and don't win that probably would have paid. 5 unpaids in 30 days makes you question why am I doing this?

I received a product with a defect! The seller offers to return the money 12 $. But it says it can not return the money until the dispute is open! Asks me to close the debate. Recently sold an item. About 14 hours later, the buyer emails and wants the tracking number and asks if we have free shipping on the item.
The buyer hadnt paid, and shipping charges are listed in the listing.
Upon communicating with the buyer, his Ebay location is in a state in the US..his Paypal address is in China and his shipping address is NY.
Additionally, neither of his emails match. The ebay email is not the same as his Paypal email.
What should we do?

Why are sellers not doing anything about Non Paying bidders ? I have had quite a few non payers lately and they are still bidding. Right now I have a bidder that tied up 5 items,No Pay No Response & yet she is still bidding and not paying. I opened a Unpaid Item dispute on her.Sellers PLEASE TURN THESE PEOPLE IN ASAP so that they can't do this to other sellers.
