How do I refund my buyer. He opened a case & I agreed to refund payment. Do I go into the dispute case & refund from there or into paypal & refund from there???????

Just discovered this ebay community thing so I'll share my recent experience. My email,paypal,&ebay accounts were hacked. It's quite a long story of how I learned about it but I'll try to summarize:

hi,
I can sell up to 20 ithems per month in the limit of 500 dollars,
after selling several products, ebay give me 50 ithems per month.
but I can not sell over 20 ithems. I am requested a higher limit but
I can not to get a higher selling limit.

I have a buyer who is saying the item is not as described and his item shows not delivered yet. He says the ornament was a hannah montana not a starwars, but we don't even have a hannah montana ornament to send him. our picture clearly shows the item outside the box. He has ordered numerous star wars ornaments from other vendors at the same time but he is saying that it is ours that is not the right item. I don't know what is going on. Hi - I just received a puzzle I'd purchased... The listing said that this was a "classic Ravensburger puzzle with 100 pieces." Only, the puzzle has 100+ pieces, and it's missing one! I maybe should have asked if it was complete - I felt kind of stupid doing that because that should be assumed, shouldn't it? Can I ask the seller for a refund?

Ok here is my lastest problem I just sold a shop smith machine on ebay, with local pickup only, stated in description in RED and also under shipping, Buyer is not from this area, another state out west, so I have now tryed contacting him 3 to 4 time to call me to either cancel order or set up pickup, I get no respond from him at all, he has my number and contact info, and he now payed me through paypal yesterday, so I message him again to contact me still no reply, I made the offer to cancel...

Because eBay is updating its 'Top-Rated Seller' status requirements, I have a question. When offering a 14 day return policy, and issuing a refund. Am I required to refund: just the price of the item? Or the cost of the item plus original shipping? Or the cost of the item, the original shipping, and the return shipping? I have always had a No Returns Policy, but since eBay is changing, I need to keep my 'Top-Rated Seller' status. Thank you for your help. Floyd5180

I have money in my paypal account and would like to print a shipping label to send a personal item but can't seem to find a way. I know it can be done but when I go to my account the only way I can see to do it is from items sold on ebay. Can someone tell me how to print a personal label to ship an item that is not from an ebay sale. Thanks to anyone who will take a second to fill me in.

Hallo,my question is: the buy it now option at my auction has disapeared with the first bid placed.
At the same time the bid was placed, I got a question why buy it now option has disappeared and this was folowed with offer to buy the item now for the original buy it now price - this all done by the same man who placed the bit.
I would like to sell it this way. Please let me know what I can do.

WE ARE SUPPOSE TO PROVIDE TRACKING STARTING IN JUNE. APPROX 90% OF MY AUCTIONS GO FOR 1.25 OR 1.45. I FIGURED IF I HAD A PROBLEM, I WOULD JUST REPLACE OR PAY THEM.

Hello I have a very interesting question for you. I have been with Ebay for 4 yesrs and I was the buyer with about 20 feedbacks. Since about month, I started selling and listed about 50 items and sold aboiut 25. I requested the buyer to leave a feedback for me and about 50% accommodated my request and the rest ignored. Now paypal is holding my money and when I called both Ebay and paypal, I have to gain 25 feedback before they release my funds. As I was told leaving feedbacks is not mandotary....

Hi,I have a low DSR score for May ( item description and shipping )-but no feed back-so can a buyer leave DSR-but not feeback . also how do I know what is wrong in shipping ? took to long-arrived damaged-cost to high. Thank-you in advance-for all the help I get here.

When I try to post something for sale I am only giving the option of being paid in dollars and choosing which areas of the U.S I wish to exclude.
Not sure why this is. I am a UK Ebaya and don't wish to trade in dollars. Have I flicked the wrong switch somewhere does anyone know?
(I'm also a newby so if the answer is obvious be patient with me)

Hi. I purchased something from ebay and the item was defective. The seller told me to ship it back. I did, and he refunded my purchase price, but he won't refund the costs involved in shipping it back to him, which is $30. Is there anything I can do?

I have an item on sale and I have about 3 days left on it. The bids are very low. If the bids don't come up to what I am willing to sell my item for, can I decline the bid or how does that work?
