On my dash board it says no discount. On my email ebay sent to me it said your top rated and I get a 20% discount. What is going on?

I recently sold an item the buyer claims was a knock off, or not authentic. I immediatly offered a refund and told her to ship it back to me. The buyer then decided to keep the item and left me negative feedback on the transaction. Now the buyer will not communicate with me. If the item is a knock off I was unaware and I offered a full refund which the buyer refused. Can ebay help me resolve this??

Here is the short version.
I was listing 20 or so coin auctions a while back. Somehow I inadvertently listed 2 with a BIN of 99 cents rather than an opening bid of 99 cents (both are $100+ coins). I almost immediately recognize what I’ve done and try to fix it, but I’m too late. A buyer hits the BIN button on both within a minute and 16 seconds of the start of the listing. Made an offer on a ebay item that was and no longer listed. Owner agreed to my offer. Like to pay through paypal. Owner said to send it to there yahoo account. How do I go about that? Thanks

cant seem to use price from -to for the last few days? is it just me did i fall off the truck and lose the ability to use the mouse? with the keyboard (multi tasking + plus spelling could have put me over the top.

Buyer has notified me that shoes purchased has came apart (outsole). Buyer has had item for about thirty days and has already left positive feedback. The buyer states they have no intentions of taking any actions, but just wants to let me know and then goes on to say "Shame on me" if I knew shoes were defective. My return policy is 14 days, but I still feel that I should offer to refund the selling price if buyer wants to return. Any advice...Thanks!

Are the Ebays Fees Refunded Automatically or do we still have to go through the cancel process?

I ordered two items - Customs Forms Envelopes, and PM Flat Rate Padded Envelopes - from the USPS web site over a month ago. Not received.
I went to the PO and got a few Customs Envelopes to tide me over and the Postmaster remarked that they too seem to be running low.
On the 22nd - ten days ago - I re-ordered both items separately (in case one was back-ordered). Again, nothing.
Has USPS failed to pay its suppliers? or do they have it in for me?

Using the shipping calculator, I learned that it would be over $10 to ship the books I'm selling. However, ebay only allows shipping to be under $4. Is there any way to change this?

I just noticed that when you go to select a category from the category tree, more than half of them are greyed-out, many with trailing asterisks. As far as I can tell they function normally, but I haven't done much exploration.
Anyone know what's going on?

Can I use a regular envelope to ship a gift card & body jewelry & tell the buyer that I'm sending their item in an envelope or do I HAVE to ship the items in a usps package so the person has a tracking confirmation? It'd be a lot easier just to use the envelopes...
