I want to auction a item, how do I post a reserve price?

I had a buyer with 100% positive Ebay rating and over 400 points, win a bid and it was a time sensitive product. It's been two weeks and the buyer still hasn't paid. I have sent two invoices and three messages. I have yet to hear from this buyer. I opened a case a week ago. Have not heard from ebay. Nothing has happened. What do I do now?

I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON EBAY IN JAN 2012 AND NOW HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT ... IT IS STILL UNDER THE MANUFACT WARRANTY BUT THEY WILL NOT REPAIR IT W/O VALID RECEIPT WHICH CONSIST OF MODEL/SERIAL# THE ONLY RECEIPTS I REC'D WERE FROM PAYAPL AND THE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION OF ITEM I CONTACTED SELLER AND TOLD ME TO GET RECEIPT FROM MY EBAY ACCOUNT...??? On an auction listing with buy it now as an option,..why does the buy it now price go away after a bid is placed.

So I can't list my items via the Mobil app. I keep getting this message when I push list item : Listing error: funds from your sales will be unavailable and show as pending in your pay pal account or a period of time (t500) What's up?

I bought a headphone to me 3 months ago 03/04/2012, after like 20 days my headphone arrived and i loved it, so i decided to buy one to my sister and that was at 03/27/2012. I waited for a long time for this headphone and didnt arrived yet, and i didnt open a case because the seller said me that i should wait 45 days. Hi,
I have had someone bid and win the bidding to purchase an item from me. He has subsequently changed his mind as he now doesn't think he can collect the item and take back home with him.
I have challenged this and he has now said - i have spoken to eBay via Live Chat and we believe the item description you have put is incorrect and so i don't have to buy now.
I dispute this anyway - as the item description is exactly as it is on the website i bought it from originally.

Is it possible to stop a specific bidder from bidding on my item? A bidder recently filed a case and lost on a item I listed and left Neg feedback. Now he's bidding again on another item and I expect another unjustified case and Neg feedback to follow. Just soon not deal with this joker ever again if possible.

I have posted and relisted an item several times (I believe the item has been posted a total of 4 times). After not getting any hits on the item the first couple of times, I logged out of My eBay and did a search for the item. It doesn't come up at all.
I have searched by exact listing title (copy and paste to eliminate errors), description, and even time (newest listings first). My item appears to be invisible.

Ok, I am confused right now. I can`t find much usefull information nor any detailed explanation on this issue. I can see that this problem must be essential and many ebay users who are selling coins on Ebay are expieriencing something similar to this:
The Ebay won`t let me to submit raw (which has not been rated by any of top grading companies) coin auction.

I have an item listed on a 7 day auction. I had a bidder almost immediately and they stayed the high bidder for 6 days. Now when I logged on this morning there shows no bidders. I didn't recieve any communication or questions. Isn't this against E-Bay policy and what can I do to have the bidder honor the bid?

I have an item up for auction. One bidder keeps outbidding everyone else. When I look at his feedback on items he's purchased, I see that 2 different sellers ( of very similar items ) have left unfavorable comments about him being a scammer.
He currently has the high bid on my item ( Mac laptop ), is there a way to cancel his high-bid? I know I can block future bids from this bidder, but what about his current bid.

I've been issuing refunds in Paypal, but don't know if I'm supposed to cancel the items in ebay or not. I want to get my final value fee refunded. Will it get refunded if I issue the refund in Paypal or do I need to cancel the item in ebay? If so, how do I do this?
